Chapter 29
- Four men were seated in a circle around Adrian Draven in the underground office of his company, each one of them exuding power and wealth of their own. Marco's arms were folded tightly over his chest, as he stood at the corner of the room, watching his boss with alertness.
- "Damn, Adrian," Tony, the oldest of the four, in his early forties and in the same age range as Adrian, burst into laughter, "You did it again. We were a step away from having our hands tied behind our backs and our faces in the mud, but look at us now—clean as saints."
- Greg chuckle was cold. "You got the authorities to apologize? Man, I thought we were done. That raid was too sudden and specific."
