I sat on my bed and stared at the wall, dropping the cup of coffee that Kate had just made for me. The memories of what happened yesterday came back to mind, and I shook my head in despair. Was this how it was going to continue?
Early this morning, I went to clean up his room since it was my daily task, and I was glad that he wasn't around to inspect my work. I ran out of the room as soon as I was done, and then I ran into Jace, who informed me about my next duty in this pack.
