• "I haven't heard anything from Jace yet. Have you spoken to him? Did you send him off on a mission trip?" I asked Cassian. He was getting prepared for another meeting with a neighboring pack. I still couldn't figure out why he wouldn't let them come into his pack instead.
• "He must have gone for a mission trip," he retorted. Was he trying to tell me that his Beta leaves the pack without duly informing him?
