Chapter 14 The Chamber Room

• I could feel the piercing gazes of the wolves as I walked side by side with Cassius toward the castle, not far from his district. A few people roamed about near the castle, and I nodded to myself, already understanding what it stood for.
• He wrapped an arm around my shoulders as we moved into the beautiful castle. A tall black gate stood at its entrance, guarded by several men. As we walked inside, Cassius turned his head toward me.
• “This is the chamber room for important meetings between me and the Elders of this pack. We meet at least once a month,” Cassius explained, and I could only nod.
