• Seth ran his fingers through his hair in frustration. “Do you really think that doing this would make things work to your advantage? What if she treated everyone to dinner? That doesn't give you the right to make things difficult for her!” He snapped as he took a step closer.
• I watched carefully as his face turned scarlet red as he hated me in anger. My hands clenched in anger as uneasiness curled in my stomach like a slithering snake. This was what I got from being too kind.
