Chapter 14 I Will Wait

• Leaning up against the wall, I watch as students file out of Eryn's homeroom classroom, but none of them are Eryn. I get a strange feeling in the pit of my stomach. Something is not right.
• The bouncy blonde I recognize as Eryn's best friend is the last to leave the classroom. She glances in my direction but quickly looks away. She runs down the hall to get away from me, but the crowd stops her from getting too far.
