• Tory knew the minute she started getting sick. Not having her period the last 2 months was an indication of what was to come, but she ignored it, thinking maybe stress and going overseas, coming out with her own line was messing up with her hormones. But as she waited for the 2 minutes on her alarm, she knew deep in her heart what this meant, for her future and for Andrew.
• The last 3 months had been bliss, sneaking kisses every time no one looked. Having sex on any flat surface they could find, sitting, standing, laying down, in the backseat of his car, her car, it didn’t matter when or where they were, they just did it. They used a condom every time, but she had an inkling that she got pregnant the first time after Paris Fashion week, that special time they had together where everything was new, bare, and raw, was the day fate decided to mess them up.
• She was not ready for this, and neither was Andrew, but they were happy together. Talking about their dreams and ambitions, striving to fulfill them. They had it all planned out. As soon as he had the money to set up his business, they would get married. He did not want to rely on her and her money.
