Chapter 89 To Be A Mother

• Vanessa sat with Veronica on the small chair in the garden. She had gone in and gotten Veronica an ice pack earlier, and she now had it pressed to her face to soothe the pain. Veronica was crying profusely, and Vanessa did her best to console her.
• Vanessa couldn't believe Elliott did that to Veronica. Her thoughts was that no matter what Veronica had said or did, a slap right across the face is extreme.
