- Mom walked into the kitchen as I neatly arranged the plates on the cupboard. "Good morning, mom." I politely greeted her. Brody was really lucky that my mom did not behave like his mom.
- "How was your night?" She asked and I suddenly remembered that I slept in Brody's room because of fear of the cockroaches in my room.
