  • The black car carrying Josh and Dylan cruised steadily down the highway toward Busan. Since leaving the apartment, Dylan had been reporting various updates without pause. Josh, meanwhile, was glued to the screen of his work tablet, reviewing every report in detail.
  • Beyond the window, the ocean slowly emerged in the distance, its deep blue shimmer barely visible through the haze—but neither man paid it any attention. Their focus remained locked on the conversation.
  • “The latest report shows a slight drop in output from the Busan branch this quarter,” Dylan said, handing over the file he'd just mentioned. “It’s not a major decline, but enough to raise red flags. Mr. Jackson flagged it, and I dug deeper—turns out, several vendors have changed recently. One of the senior staff has close ties to Jaeyoon Jung.”
