• I’d been dealing with constant harassment from the other strippers at the club. They seemed focused on tearing me down, calling me an attention seeker, and always trying to outshine them.
• Alexa, one of the more notorious ones, had even “accidentally” stepped on my foot in the dressing room the other day, muttering a snide, “Oops, sorry, not sorry.” Angel was the only one who had stepped in to defend me. With Alexa’s towering height and intimidation, I couldn’t help but shrink back, retreating to my corner.
