• Zara sat on the edge of her bed, the screen of her phone, usually a gateway to endless scrolling and manufactured joy, now felt like a battleground. Zara stared at the 'Reactivate Account' button on her Instagram profile, her finger hovering, a knot of dread twisting in her stomach. Every fiber of her being screamed to pull back, to retreat into the safe anonymity she’d sought.
• But then Leo’s words echoed in her mind: “If anything, they are the ones who should deactivate their account, not you.” And the fierce resolve from his penthouse, the promise of reclaiming her narrative, hardened her resolve.
