Chapter 23 Resigned

• "Liam, Liam! What am I supposed to do when my sister yells and bangs on the door? I'd already stated that I didn't want to talk to anyone right now, but she keeps banging on the door "Liam, please come outside right now. Liam,' she shouts. I got up from the floor and decided to open the door. If I don't open this door, she might end up calling the cops and the neighbors to see if I died in here, which would be very embarrassing. When I opened the door, she slapped me across the face, and I looked up to see tears on her face, holding my cheek with my hand.
• "Do you know how worried I was and I almost called the cops to come to save us and burst this door open and you are here locking yourself in your room.'' She said and cleaned her face, with her napkin. Told you, she's capable of that.
• "What is wrong and why have you not been going to work for two weeks now,' she asked and I looked up and faced her and I wanted to say to her, when she held up her hand to stop me and that meant, I should not even think of lying to her.
