Chapter 41 An Offer

• I dart my eyes around while vigorously shaking my body. I feel my heart race so fast; I am panting as I struggle to be out of a grip. I dart my eyes around to see if I can find any help around, but there is no one in sight, which makes me feel even more lost. I don't know how to handle the situation because all my limbs are tied, and I won't be able to escape this situation if my limbs are not tied.
• After some time, someone arrived, took me out of the cell, and took me to another room where I would frequently gaze around to be certain of my safety. I noticed an old man who had weak teeth and a shallow face that made him look disgusting when he came to carry me.
