• It was a gentle caress; I was trying to calm my nerves. I felt a sudden sense of belonging as I sat on the bed with her; her eyes were so beautiful; she seemed tired; bags were evident. She didn't hesitate as she wrapped her arms around me; her gaze was intense as she let go of me, her eyes glossy with tears, slowly falling down to her cheeks.
• "I'm sorry, but please don't leave; stay with me." She begged. I felt a strong sense of belonging while looking at her; I had missed her, not knowing how to explain the feeling, but I just wished she had been mine all along, feeling her soft skin and wanting to always be close to her. I swallowed hard as I moved closer to her; I slid my hand around her neck, bringing her lips closer to me. I could perceive her scent; it was intoxicating as always. She suddenly averted her gaze towards the window.
