• I gasped, fondling my fingers through the strands of my hair while staring at Amber with her mouth at a jar. I shouldn't have told her this, I shouldn't have.
• “Forget I ever said anything.” I slumped into my chair, taking off every piece of coat on my body until I stopped on the second button of my shirt. “Are you going to watch me undress?” I shot her up a glare and she smiled oddly, packing up and departing from the office. “So great now…great!”
• I fell into silence, searching through the drawer and in an instant of time, the door flew open. My face dropped at the sight of Shane standing in front of me. “Hey, at least you could knock.” I adjusted my hair behind my ears, ignoring him totally as he stood midway.
