- Suddenly, she felt like getting up from her bed immediately and stepping onto the balcony. It was almost instinctual. But carrying her phone to the balcony and holding it for too long wasn’t possible with her wounded hands. So, she thought to finish the conversation first, then go outside to take in the bright day and breathe in the fresh air. Yet, an unshakable restlessness grew inside her with every passing second.
- Involuntarily, she murmured, “Hold on, girls. Let me open my balcony door—it’s getting suffocating in here.”
