• Ivy woke up for the first time in years feeling happy, her mother's surgery was done, and her and Jay’s relationship was not so bad.
• The only thing that was causing her concern now was the fact that she was to move in with Jay in a few weeks time. She didn't want it but it was in the contract and they were going to get the ring today.
• She got up and looked at the mirror. Her features were out, her hair was scattered because she just woke up but she looked happy.
