Chapter 33 The Meeting

• Klaus wasn't joking when he said he wanted everyone to know that I was the future Luna. He had made it known to his family, and this morning, he would be gathering the elders at one of the pack centres. Saying that I was nervous was an understatement. Klaus let me in on what to expect. Not everyone might like or accept me at first, but he assured me that he would be there for me.
• The past few days, I did try to learn about the Luna duties, and take over some of them from Carrie. She had even taken me to visit some important public places, meet new people, men, women, youths, children. Somehow, I felt like those human politicians before an election, but in truth, I really enjoyed meeting them. Most people already knew that I was the Alpha's mate, and they were guessing that I would be the Luna. A few of them even asked. Well, I left them guessing still.
