• I finally agreed to wait for Zack at Mall Bali Galeria while he played golf in Nusa Dua. At least I could shop at Hypermart and not feel left out at the golf club. In short, I could entertain myself while he enjoyed his expensive hobby. Zack said he wanted to cook for dinner, so he wrote down some ingredients that I needed to buy. He said he learned to cook out of necessity during college. When he started working and living with Ellis, that habit continued until he returned to Indonesia. Since I couldn't cook from the beginning, Zack never asked me to. I only helped him in the kitchen occasionally, which was also rare.
• While choosing potatoes before weighing them, I felt someone watching me. When I looked up and glanced around, it turned out to be the neighbor next to me. I couldn't mistake him because his face was the kind you remembered. He approached me after staring for a while. Maybe he still wasn't sure if we were neighbors.
