- After waiting for Gab for a few minutes, I slipped out my phone and texted her that I was on my way home. I couldn’t wait any longer; I needed to go back home to meet my son and also to rest from the hectic day I’d had moving from place to place since I won the case. Most of them couldn’t remember me, which was even better; I had no intention of explaining why I was with the Jerkins Law Firm and not that of the Brown family.
