Chapter 56 Trauma

• Mia left the hospital and took a cab to her home. Fortunately, she was able to retrieve her phone from the clubhouse where she went to during her mission to seduce Fredrick.
• When she got home, she went straight to her bathroom and had a long and soothing bath. The day before had been so tiring for her. However, she was grateful for the fact that her efforts didn't end in vain. Her attempt to even go near Fredrick and tempt him was worth it. Seeing the look of relief on Skylar's face when Fredrick was arrested was so exciting. Her friend had passed through a lot just to see her parents get justice. She was happy to see that she contributed to the mission. Volunteering to take the role was her own way of appreciating Skylar's parents for always taking great care of her even when she lost her mother and her father was imprisoned.
