• Ashley's POV
• As we drove to the venue, I looked out the window with my mind filled with thoughts. I couldn't help but think about what happened earlier, how Uncle Micheal looked at me in his office. I couldn't shake the feeling that there's more to it. We both sat in silence until he cleared his throat and decided to talk.
• “How's the proposal coming up? Anything I can help with?” He asked, looking towards my direction.
