Chapter 6 Will You Consider Him?

• Penny frowned.
• She didn't dare to ask too much. She remained guarded even though Charlie was no longer rejecting her.
• In the corner of the hotel lobby.
• Wendy's hair was swept to one side and she had a joyful expression.
• Samuel looked exceptionally handsome in a grey suit. They were engaged in a pleasant conversation.
• "Ahh!" Penny's sudden cry caught their attention and they turned towards the window.
• "My clothes! Charlie, how could you fill the conch with water!"
• Penny lowered her head and she was covering her chest.
• People could see her figure due to her clothes being wet. She removed her hands and tugged the wet part.
• The men who passed by stole glances at her chest.
• Wendy took a sip of her coffee. She admitted that Penny had a great figure. Wendy would doubt her intentions to work as a nanny if it was not for her face.
• She subconsciously took a glance at Samuel, only to find that he had already looked away.
• Wendy chuckled in her heart. She was overthinking. A lot of women were interested in Samuel because of his status and looks.
• "Auntie Penny, did I tell you to pour water on yourself?" Charlie smiled mischievously after Penny shouted.
• "Charlie, you're so naughty!" Charlie told her to listen to the echo of the conch, and she moved the conch that was filled with water to her ear.
• He doesn't resemble me at all! He's so naughty!
• Charlie ignored her but he smiled faintly.
• "Charlie seems to fancy this nanny ... " Wendy said while observing their interaction. Then, she stirred the coffee in her cup.
• Charlie had never interacted with me like this before, no matter how nice I treated him ...
• Samuel didn't answer her question. "Are you hungry? Let's go have lunch," he said instead.
• "Okay."
• In the room, Penny helped Charlie to change into a new set of clothes. Then, she went to the bathroom to change and quickly freshen up.
• Charlie was tapping something on her phone when she came out. She walked over and snatched it. "You poured water on me just now so no phone for you."
• Charlie wasn't bothered by that. "Auntie Penny, my dad is a good man. Will you ever consider him?"
• Penny took a hairdryer and blow-dried Charlie's hair. "You think too highly of me. Your dad is the best of the best. I will never be worthy of him."
• She felt bitter after saying that. Will I ever experience love?
• Penny hugged Charlie after placing the hair dryer on the table. "Would you like to be my child, Charlie?"
• Charlie frowned. "Can you give birth to a child as smart as me?" He didn't move away despite being sarcastic towards Penny.
• Samuel happened to come back to take something, and he overheard their conversation when he passed by the room.
• Is she asking Charlie to be her child? Weird.
• "Haha ... Charlie! Stop it!" Penny squealed suddenly and Charlie's voice could be heard as well.
• "Hey ... Hahaha ... "
• "Are you going to attack me again?"
• "Haha ... No ... Haha ... "
• Their laughter filled the air.
• It was obvious that Charlie was extremely happy, more so than ever before.
• Samuel's mind wandered to 5 years ago.
• Samuel's father brought Charlie home one day.
• Samuel was well aware that he never had fathered a child. But he couldn't argue anything with the DNA test results.
