Chapter 28 Unexpected Attack

• Braxton's grip tightened on Alana's wrist, his expression dark and filled with something far more dangerous than charm. His hand began to move toward her waist, and Alana's heart was racing as she struggled to break free but he was just too big. She tried to pull away, but his hold was like a vice.
• “ Let me out , I can take him down. ” Trixx growled.
• Just as she thought she was going to be trapped, the door slammed open with a force that shook the frame. "Let her go!" Melany stood there, chest heaving, eyes blazing. Her presence filled the room with fury. Braxton turned, surprised, as Melany marched forward and shoved him back with both hands. He stumbled, just slightly, but enough for Alana to jerk away and rush to Melany's side.
