Chapter 23 - How Old Am I?

• They started licking me, and I laughed hard. After a few minutes, when all three of us were composed, I found myself lying on Milo while Lia's head was on my lap. "I missed you guys," I said while ruffling Lia's hair, and Milo licked my face. I was feeling content, but somebody thought that this was the perfect moment to break our bonding time and cleared his throat. I looked around and found Alpha, Mia, Ellon, and Diego looking at us. I took a deep breath and threw my head back on Milo's fur "it seems like we have to behave, guys," I said, slowly the three of us stood in our places with our heads bent low.
• "Lia, milo, give your charge to your humans." As soon as Alpha said this, I looked at him, and my eyes met with the light green eyes of his wolf; he was looking pissed off. I instantly turned my gaze downwards, and lia and Milo went towards the woods. "What were you thinking, Aadhya?"
• "I don't have to think before meeting my friends," I said to him in irritation.
