• This was the worst time for something like this to happen. There was no way that this was happening. I was getting into my heat. I could feel the churning sensation in my stomach and warmth beginning to spread across my thighs. I had just woken up, and already I was in heat. That feeling was so bizarre. Maybe it was because I was with King Dane.
• He looked gorgeous as he sat beside the bed. His jet-black hair was ruffled and a caterer across his forehead. His usual icy blue eyes were warm with emotions as he held my hand.
