• The morning sun washed across the corridors at the east wing of the castle bathing it with its golden light as I walked through it. I was done with Kiara. My focus was going to be on Lusia. I had been up all night wandering around, drowning in my emotions. Even recollecting my past. A past I tried so hard to forget. It was all because of Lusia. She had made me feel this way. And I was yet to understand how that was possible.
• As I walked through the corridors, I wondered if she had woken up. She had been out throughout the night. Her body must be exhausted from the pain she had taken from Koen. Kiara had told me everything. She had told me why they attacked Lusia. It was all Finn. He wanted his sister back. But there was no way she was leaving this castle. I wasn’t holding her hostage anymore. It was her choice. She didn’t want to leave. Why? Because she was in love with me.
