• I'm not sure when my lawyer came. I slept in jail that night because I was imprisoned. I didn't even know the time since, in my haste, I hadn't brought my watch. All I knew was that I'd awoken on the cement. Because I hadn't eaten yet, I could feel my stomach growling.
