Chapter 5

• “I know everything... Kayden. Even she lied to me and hid everything with a fake smile. I know.” She knows? About what? Sudden guilt took over me. Is she talking about Delilah?
• “You just raped her. Didn’t you Kayn? ANSWER ME” Grandma is crying. I just don’t understand what to say, yes, I raped her. My heart tightened as I remembered the way Delilah cried and begged me to stop or be gentle. Fuck….
• “Grandma. I’m just... I’m sorry. I wasn’t in my right mind” I said as she slapped me again. Her slaps hurt me because this is the first time in my life that she slapped me but I deserve it. I deserve the pain because of what I did to Delilah today.
• “Kayn.. she’s just an innocent girl.. She has never done anything wrong to you or to this family. Just how could you hurt her like that? Look at her, look at her lips, and her pale face because of the pain but she just hid it very well, by wearing covered clothes and her fake yet innocent smile. I just don’t understand.......” Grandma is crying. My eyes also filled with tears as she spoke with her broken voice.
• “She was virgin. Wasn’t she? You men could never understand the pain you could cause a woman if you weren’t gentle. I’m just so disappointed Kayn.. it hurts to believe that you did that to her. It was okay to have sex with her Kayn but dont hurt her like that. She loves you and You know it better than anyone. I just don’t understand your hatred Kayden... after many years” Grandma sat on her bed. She was tired and I knew it. She was right, I was just an animal. I just...ugh why my life became like this? Yes, it was my fault but I will never let Delilah see my love for her.
• I just can’t, it was all her fault. I lost my parents. I missed my mother’s beautiful smile and the way my dad gave me piggy back rides. I missed his strong muscular arms and my mom’s delicate hands. I lost them because of Delilah.. So how am I supposed to love her and forget my parents? I just can’t do that.
• "Grandma I'm sorry......"I said as I looked into her eyes. I know that I was wrong, I didn’t have to rape her. If I asked Delilah to sleep with me she would do it willingly because of the love she had for me but she said it’s fading.. No, I won’t let that happen, She’s mine. She was born for me, to be my wife. It was our parents decision.
• "No, you should just say it to her, not me. Go now I want to sleep." I said good night and came to my room. My mind is a mess. I’m just a fucking loser. I just can’t apologize to her after everything. Urgh
• Then the next day I went to the office as usual. I had to attend a meeting. Fuck..... I forgot to bring the file. Damn ... I wanted to send my chauffeur to bring it but I couldn't because it was a very secret and important file. I should just talk to Delilah and tell her to bring it. With that I called Delilah.
• “Hello” a sweet voice came from the other side. Fuck.
• “There’s an important file in my study room. Black color file on the desk. Bring it to my office.” I said with a rude tone, I used it always to talk to her. .
• “Now?” She asked with an innocent voice... Damn. She’s so cute. Shit
• “Yes. Right now.” With that I hung up the call. Urghh
• I waited for 20 minutes, then I saw Delilah. She knocked on the door and I told her to come in.
• “I brought it. Here.” She put the file on my desk and with that she turned to leave without even looking at me.
• “Delilah “ I called her, then she looked at me. Damn she was pretty, she was wearing a long floral frock. She’s like a fairy.
• “Go to the gala with me.” I said while looking at her beautiful blue and green mixed eyes.
• “I’m sorry... I agreed to be James’s partner.” She said as she looked at me then again looked away.
• “Tell him that you're going with me.” I said as I glared at her.
• “I can’t Kayden and I don’t want to get attention from anyone, if we go together that will definitely happen.” She said. I suddenly felt uneasy and then it turned into anger. I got up from the chair and went towards her. I knew she was scared. She just took a few steps back. Then I grabbed her from her waist and took her into my private bedroom. She tried to break free from my hand but she failed. I pushed her onto my bed and climbed top of her as she struggled.
• “What are you doing Kayden... let me go” she said while hitting my chest and shoulders.
• “Tell me that you’re going to the gala with me.” I said against her ear.
• “Kayden.. please you don’t have to force yourself to go with me. I know you hate me so I’m gonna stay away from you... just please go with your date.” Why does she want to make me so angry? I didn’t care and I kissed her. I pinned her hands above her head and kissed her. So fucking sweet. Damn.
• “Mmh.. st..o..p” I took that opportunity to slide my tongue into her mouth. I tasted every corner of her mouth, then I stopped.
• “Go away......Pervert.” She glared at me with an angry look but she was so fucking cute. I let go of her hands and got up.
• “I don’t fucking care Delilah, I’ll send you a dress to home. You will wear it and wait for me till 6.00 pm. That’s the final decision.” I said as I got up and walked out of the room. I could feel her gaze at me.
• “Did you get that Delilah?” I asked again without turning my head. I heard her let out a deep sigh.
• “Mmmm” What the hell? She only said that... fuck.
• “I’m leaving.” She came out of the room and turned to leave. My heart aches because I feel like I’m losing her. No I won’t let that happen and I’ll definitely won’t give her to James. I knew from the start that James likes her, but he never showed it to Delilah because of their friendship.

• I just don’t know what’s wrong with Kayden. He kissed me again but he wasn’t as rough as yesterday. He was just a little gentle. My heart is beating so fast. I don’t know but I’m happy. So today I’m attending the gala with the man I love. That’s great, but I should tell this to James. With that I called James.
• “Hello Del.” James' voice came through the phone.
• “Hey, James. Mmm I have to tell you something.” I felt guilt because I promised him to go with him.
• “Yeah go on.” He said.
• “I won’t be able to attend the gala as your partner James. I’m sorry “ I said with guilt.
• “What? why? Del come on, you promised me.” He said as he sighed.
• “Yeah but Kayden asked....” before I could finish the sentence he cut me off.
• “Again Del ? After everything? I don’t understand.. but it’s okay. I know you love him but you will come to the gala right?” James' voice was a little worried.
• “Yeah, I’m coming.” I said with a sigh..
• “Then it’s okay, I’ll wait for you there.” James' sounds were still upset and I felt bad for what I did.
• “Thank you James and I’m sorry “ I said again.
• “Nope. It’s alright, just forget it. Bye see you tonight my gorgeous lady.” He was teasing me. With that I hung up the call and went home.
