Chapter 7 Let Him In

• Avery's eyelids flickered open, the bright morning light piercing through the blinds and making her wince. She lay there for a moment, trying to shake off the lingering fatigue from last night's activities. As she slowly sat up, she winced again, her body protesting the movement.
• She glanced around her room, taking in the familiar surroundings. Her bed was a mess, with clothes scattered everywhere. She must have had a rough night.
• Avery's thoughts turned to last night's events. She couldn't believe she'd lost her virginity at such an age. If someone had told her she'd be in this situation, she wouldn't have believed it.
