• Ivan met up with Tara at the agreed location, which was a luxurious suite. She knocked on the door after looking left and right, making sure no one was watching her.
• “Welcome,” Ivan said dramatically, with his hands spread wide open and his legs lazily crossed over each other as Tara surveyed the room, taking off her sunglasses.
• Tara looked over at Ivan. “Tell me quickly, is Evan truly getting married?” she asked, the look of anxiety unmasked on her face.
