Chapter 11 His Brother

• Hyacinth placed her hands on her mouth to control the sobs that were threatening to escape her mouth. She quickly turned around to run away from the corridor. In her attempt to escape, she didn't realise where she was going. She just wanted to escape and go somewhere where no one could find her. As she turned around to make her way into the backyard, she suddenly bumped into something or someone, making her almost trip on her feet. Thankfully, the other person quickly grabbed her before she could fall.
• "I'm sorry, I didn't see where I was going." Hyacinth quickly apologised before looking up to meet the person's eyes. She was surprised to find a familiar face standing in front of her, looking at her intently. Adrian Savelli is Ares's younger brother.
• "It's okay. I wasn't watching my steps either." He, too, apologised with a smile, making Hyacinth nod. She was about to excuse herself and leave when she noticed his expression suddenly change. She instantly recognised the look on his face. She had already seen it on many people's faces since the moment she married Ares Savelli.
