Chapter 44 The Reason For Marriage
- As soon as he stepped out of the car parked right in front of Rhea’s luxurious house, Dion let out a slow breath. His suspicion had been right, Rhea hadn’t returned to the office and had chosen to come straight home the moment she saw the woman’s car parked in front of the house. Panic and fear filled Dion’s heart. He didn’t know how he should face Rhea after this, but one thing was certain: he had to be ready to face her anger.
- With firm resolve, Dion walked into the house, whose door was left unlocked. As usual, the house was quiet, considering only Rhea and Dion lived there. His steps were quick as he headed toward a room where he guessed Rhea would be.
- “What are you doing?” Dion asked as soon as he reached their bedroom. He wasn’t surprised to find Rhea rummaging through the wardrobe, pulling out all his clothes and scattering them across the floor.
