Chapter 43 Fighting

• Room 24 was a small, cramped space. There was a thin mattress on a tiny bed in the corner. A small wooded stool was on the side of the bed and two brown dresses were on top of it. The concrete floor was rough and dirty. There was a small high window covered by a wooden shutter. As soon as she opened the door, Mia pushed me into the room while laughing.
