- "We forget nothing," another elder, a scarred warrior named Tobias, interjected from the left. He slammed his goblet onto the table, his eyes fixed on Rhea. "Which is exactly why we require the sealing ceremony. The Northern Alliance cannot be built on words alone, Jaxon. The treaty demands the bride prove her lineage before the High Council. Let Lady Vivienne stand before the Lunar Mirror."
