- “Are you sure you saw her around here?” Azrael asked through the mindlink as his purple eyes locked with mine from the side.
- “Are you doubting my abilities?” I said back, my wolf eyes narrowing into irritation as I tried to focus on the colourful lines of energy swirling through the atmosphere.
