Chapter 23

• ‘What is happening to Alpha Damien? Is he trying to resist something?’ I thought in my head. In no time, he lost control of his horse.
• I realized he wasn't pulling the horse as hard as before. The horse started swaying around. I got to see how weak and dejected he was.
• Before I knew what was happening, the horse pulled Alpha Damien and I off it's back. After falling off, I still held onto him while I groaned in pain due to how badly I was impacted.
