Chapter 63 Sixty-three

• After dinner, Anton leaves for a run. I didn't feel like shifting tonight, so I stay in the house instead. The TV plays some mindless reality show I'm not really watching as I scroll through Instagram on my new phone—the one Anton bought me last week without complaint this time.
• I plan to talk to him soon about why he refuses to mark me. The conversation I've been avoiding for two weeks now, because part of me is terrified of what his answer might be.
• A few hours pass, and he's still not back.
