• As it turned out, they didn’t have to go into this blind. After torturing the messenger and threatening his and his family’s life, Arthur and Brent managed to get a layout of Celestia Heights. Using that information, Brent had drawn Arthur a map. They had worked out all the blindspots they could hide their snipers at, as well as areas where his men would be waiting for his word to attack.
• Although Arthur would be going into this alone, technically, he really wasn’t. He had backup in case things went haywire.
• After reading the note, Arthur decided he would go to Harden alone. He couldn’t risk the kids’ lives. Though the note had hinted that Harden had one of his kids, all the kids were precious to him, and he didn’t want to chance even one of them not surviving. Besides, he had no idea where the rest were. As he instructed his staff members to keep on the lookout for the whereabouts of the other kids and to keep a watchful eye on Kendra, Arthur set about getting ready for the meetup with Harden.
