• Arthur had not left Elara’s bedside once for the three weeks she was bedridden and unconscious.
• During week four, Brent came to him with an antidote and had the nurse administer it. Arthur had hired a nurse, and while she was responsible for changing the IV and Elara’s catheter, Arthur did everything else himself, taking care to bathe and make sure Elara had a fresh change of clothes every day.
• Shortly, after the nurse administered the antidote to Elara’s IV, Arthur saw his wife’s eye flutter momentarily.
