Chapter 135
- Tyler did not dignify me with a response. He only pushed the bar doors wide and stepped out. I ran after him because he was capable of locking me in if I didn't walk out fast enough. There were usually a couple of guards lining the corridor but today there was none. Not even one. He definitely planned this well enough because he must have something to do with the absence of the guards.
- I tiptoed behind him but Tyler was walking normally, lazily like he wasn't escaping a dungeon where if he was caught, he might be executed instantly. He called the shots.
- "There's usually a guard at the main gate though. What if we get caught?" I whispered. Even through the darkness, I get his sharp glare on me.
