Chapter 40

• I rolled on the bed a lot and was already pissed as I looked up at the ceiling. The night was already deep, and yet, there was still no Delton entering the master bedroom.
• I left him earlier with Ashley, but I knew that Ashley had already gone home. That's why I am doubting why he wasn't yet here. I already took a nap and all, but there's no sign that he was lying at the side of the bed. I am already used to his arm around my waist, and him being by my side makes me bothered.
• I sat and bit my bottom lip. I hate this feeling, and I know I shouldn't feel this way. Delton is a gorgeous man, kind and very caring, but he wasn't my type at all. All I can give him is just a pure crush. Nothing more.
