• Jarl returns to Brazil on a commercial flight during the busiest hour at the airport. Gabriel convinced him that this was the best way to demonstrate the pain he felt for Katrina's disappearance to the journalists. This way, no one would have a reason to point at him as a suspect or a bad husband.
• Just before disembarking, Jarl rehearses his best sorrowful face in case any press photographers are among the crowd in the waiting area.
