Chapter 10 Bittersweet Honeymoon

• Alexa stared at the two plane tickets to the Maldives in her hands, her expression one of disbelief. Apparently, Wilona had seriously planned everything. Not only the plane tickets, but a hotel room for her and Eric had also been booked. Truly, Alexa didn't know how to react.
• She actually wanted to refuse. However, she couldn’t ruin all the preparations Wilona had made for her and Eric. Alexa had been at peace, thinking such plans couldn’t possibly happen, considering this marriage was forced from the start.
• "Mom just wanted to give you these tickets. It's better if you start packing for the trip. I'm going home now," Wilona said as she stood up from her seat.
