Chapter 18

• Claire approached the office just around 8:15 pm. She had forgotten her phone. What was she thinking? She remembered charging it and now she forgot.
• The front door was locked but luckily, the back door was opened— not wide opened but cracked a few inches. Claire walked inside and head towards the elevator. She had a spear key to the office. She opened it and her phone was still there. She took it and the charger and put it into her bag and headed down immediately.
• She went out the back door and head steps walking towards the garage. Who could it be? She followed because she was curious. She took the steps two at a time, moving silently and paused, listening to their conversation.
