Chapter 4

• Sarah looks at her wall clock and her eyes widen upon seeing the time.....
• "Shit! I'm late!" She mutters after which she puts the remaining pieces of her sandwich in her mouth and takes a huge zip of her tea and then runs
• out to her car.
• Before she takes off she grabs her phone and quickly dials a number.
• "Mrs Robinson? Hi it's me Sarah, I'm so sorry I'm a bit late, yeah I'm okay I just forgot the time when I was busy doing some stuff at home but I'm going now, see you in a bit!" She says and then cuts the call and starts her car and drives off to the house of Mrs Robinson who she takes care of
• as her second job next to working in the library.
• After some time she arrives at her villa and parks her car and gets out to ring the bell.
• After some minutes an elderly woman opens the door sitting in a wheelchair.
• "Good morning Mrs Robinson! How are you doing today?" She asked the old lady.
• "I'm good Sarah and you?"
• "Ah well I've made it so that counts right?" she tells her after which she smirks.
• "Yeah you've made it girl! Now sit down first and have some tea with me because I have something to tell you!" She says suddenly in a more
• serious tone, making Sarah a little worried!
• After the maid brought their the tea with scones they settled in and started to munch on the snack.
• "So you remember the last time I told you about my daughter and son in - law who asked me to move in with them, well I finally made my
• decision!' she says, looking at Sarah.
• "Okay..." Sarag says while waiting for the rest.
• "Well I've decided to say yes so that means I'm selling this house and moving with them to France!" She drops the bomb on Sarah's head.....
• "France?? Wow that's....that's cool! So when will you be going then?" She asked her.
• "Well I've already contacted an agency who will sell the house and my children will help me pack so I think I'll be ok in France by the end of this
• month so I think this will be the last time we will see each other dear!"
• "Oh okay well I wish you all the best Mrs Robinson, it was very nice to have met you and take care of you!" Sarah says smiling.
• "For sure my dear I just hope you will find something else on short notice?"
• "Well I think I can ask Mrs Flanaghan from the library if I can work more hours for now until I find another extra job!" She replies.
• "Okay well good luck with that then dear!'
• "Thanks! So what is the plan for today?"
• "Well I was thinking of doing some shopping so we can go to town and maybe have a last lunch together there?"
• "Sure Mrs Robinson! Sounds nice!" Sarah says after which the maid comes back in and takes the plates and tea back to the kitchen.
• The rest of the afternoon we went shopping. Mrs Robinson had a serious list with presents for her grandchildren, her own children and for her
• maid.
• So when she had all those they went on to buy her some new clothes that she wanted to have done in France and then we went for lunch at her
• favoriete bistro.
• "I will have what you have Mrs Robinson, I'm going to call the library for a moment!" Sarah says.
• "Sure darling take your time!"
• So Sarah goes back outside again and dials the number of the library.
• "Library, Miss Flanaghan speaking?"
• "Oh hello it's me Sarah!"
• "Oh hello Sarah, I was just thinking about you!'
• "Really? That's funny because I was thinking about you and decided to call!" Sarah replied, smiling.
• "So are you still coming tomorrow Sarah?"
• "Yes and van i come a bit earlier because i want to ask you something!"
• "Oh that is fine dear, because I also want to discuss something important with you!"
• "Oh well that's good then, see you tomorrow!" Sarah replies.
• "Till tomorrow then Sarah!" After which she cuts the call.
• "I wonder what she wants to discuss tomorrow, hope it's something good though!" Sarah mutters while entering the bistro again.
• After we had a nice lunch together with delicious food we left the bistro after she paid for both of us.
• "Let's go home Sarah, I'm tired of all the shopping andaube you can help me.soer all my old clothes out which will go to charity?"
• "Sure no problem!" Sarah says and drives them back home from her car after fixing the wheelchair.
• Back home Mrs Robinson shows Sarah the clothes she wants to give away and after that she takes a nap while Sarah does the clothes.
• 2 hours later she is all done and puts the bags full of the old clothes in
• the hallway.
• "Ah you are done! Perfect we'll can you bring them to this address and then you're done my dear!" Mrs Robinson says while giving Sarah a piece
• of paper with an address on it.
• "Again thank you very much for giving me the chance to work for you and a safe trip to France¨ Sarah says.
• "Welcome dear! I enjoyed your company! Here you have your last salary! It's a full month so you have some extra ok! Take care of yourself
• Sarah and don't forget to be happy!!" She says.
• "Thank you so much!" Sarah says while waving at her as she walks to her small car.
• Since it's not far from Sarah's place, she is quickly home after that.
• Inside she gets rid of her clothes and takes a hot shower.
• After that she fixes a simple meal and puts the extra cash from Mrs Robinson in her savings pot.
• "Okay now it's movie time!" She mumbles while putting Netflix on and crawling in her bed.
• After some time she feels her eyes getting heavier so she stops the
• movie and puts off her lights and goes to sleep unknown what the following day will bring her!
