• Anxiety consumed me as I prepared for the interview I, the CEO of Parker Technology, was about to conduct. The freelance marketing assistant position posted by Emma Williams, my former employee, had caught my attention. It was an opportunity I couldn't pass up, a chance to bring her back. However, the fact that I was about to go through a job interview was unsettling, to say the least.
