Chapter 36 Birthday Gift

- I turned again in my sleep. It was the third time I had woken abruptly from a nightmare. I bolted up and grabbed my duvet close to my chest. I grabbed my phone to see what time it was 3:34 am and I could not boast of a good sleep.
- I sighed and rubbed my hand on my face. I didn't think my birthday would begin with mind-numbing nightmares.
