Chapter 19 Back To Italy

• I watched as the plane landed on the rooftop of the Thompson's mansion. I turned with a heavy heart to find Victor's eyes on me. I gulped as soon as I saw the hurt on his face. Was he thinking what I was thinking right now? Did he think we won't be able to have as much freedom as we did in Italy?
• I came out of my thoughts as I saw Victor's pilot and air hostess walking briskly to meet us. I knew that the plane had landed successfully and they were awaiting permission from Victor to open the plane.
• “ Good day, Mr Thompson. We have successfully landed the plane. Should we open up the plane as your parents are waiting on the outside?” I heard the pilot say to Victor before I turned to gaze out of the window, I could see Victor's parents and Maria looking up at the plane with smiles on their faces.
